Since our processes are fully manual and executed with meticulous due diligence, our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to protect the interest of both parties while ensuring compliance with applicable financial and legal standards.

Manual Process Overview

Please note that Yava Corp does not operate an automated platform. We only list available Unlisted Shares and Pre-IPOs for informational purposes. All transactions, negotiations, confirmations, and verifications are carried out manually by our operations team, based on leads and investor interest.

Once a client expresses interest in a particular security, the process involves:

• Personal communication and documentation

• KYC and compliance verification

• Payment details and transactional clarity

• Share transfer as per regulatory norms

This human-centric approach ensures greater accuracy and personalized service but also means every transaction is uniquely handled and recorded.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our services involving non-exchange listed equity (unlisted and Pre-IPO shares), cancellations are not permitted once a transaction is initiated, documentation is submitted, or funds are received. Here's why:

1. Third-party Coordination: Once a deal is initiated, we begin coordination with multiple stakeholders including existing shareholders, intermediaries, and depository participants.

2. Irreversible Transaction Steps: Certain actions, such as share blocking or documentation, are irreversible once completed.

3. Regulatory Sensitivity: Due to SEBI and RBI compliance requirements, cancellations post initiation can cause reporting discrepancies or regulatory non-compliance.

Important: Please ensure your intent to invest is final before initiating any transaction. For any doubts, we encourage you to reach out to our advisory team for detailed clarification before proceeding.

Refund Policy

Given the customized and regulated nature of unlisted equity transactions, refunds are generally not permissible once payment has been processed, unless under the following specific scenarios:

1. Deal Failure Due to Seller-side Issues

If a transaction cannot be completed due to unforeseen issues from the seller or issuer’s side (e.g., share unavailability, compliance error), and no transfer or documentation has occurred, a full refund will be initiated.

2. Double Payment or Erroneous Transfer

If a client mistakenly transfers an excess amount or duplicate payment, the same will be refunded after verification and due diligence within 7–10 working days.

3. Regulatory Compliance Rejection

If your KYC or compliance checks fail and shares cannot be transferred, and no intentional misrepresentation is involved, your payment may be refunded after deducting nominal administrative charges (up to 5%).

4. Service Fee Exceptions

Any service fee or advisory fee once paid is non-refundable under all circumstances unless the transaction was never initiated due to Yava Corp’s own operational limitations.

Timelines for Refunds

Eligible refunds, if any, will be processed via NEFT/RTGS to the original account within 7 to 14 working days, post verification. The operations team will notify you once your request has been reviewed and approved.
